We’ve worked on some pretty exciting commercial projects in the last year in the Greensboro area, but we’ve also taken on larger gigs a bit further out. For colleges or office buildings alike, our track record of working efficiently and cleanly has resulted in some great ongoing relationships.

What all is involved with a commercial painting project?

The setup phase is a lot like a residential project, actually. Just on a larger scale. It begins with estimating the job based on number of rooms, dimensions, and paint choices. Simply put, our commercial painters are professional and reliable. – From our Greensboro commercial painting company.

From there, we like to have a look at the current paint to determine whether its oil based or latex. That step might feel unnecessary, but it’s an important one. Otherwise the new coat of paint won’t last, and will end up peeling off. That’s happened to folks more than you might think, so it’s something we always like to include in the setup — one of those things that doesn’t take very long and can avoid a lot of headaches.

We work in crews, which allows us to move quickly room to room. We’ll be moving furnishings as needed, but we generally ask that if you have art or pictures on your walls that you place them elsewhere prior to our arrival. Our teams working collaboratively allows for fast trimming and large surface coverage without a lot of stops in between to switch brushes or rollers.

We do this particularly on commercial jobs because we realize it’s your livelihood. The longer it’s out of commission the longer before you can continue working on all cylinders.

At project completion on Greensboro commercial painting projects…

Everybody has a horror story about a bad paint job where the painters left a mess, missed spots, or weren’t careful with the trim to eyesore-level results. Mistakes happen, but at Piedmont Professional Painters we pride ourselves on careful work and meticulous cleanup.

We work to leave your commercial location the way we found it — but better of course, because there’s new paint! If we had to move furniture to complete the job, we’ll put it back where it goes at the end. It should be seamless to put your art or other wall decorations back. When you walk into your space again, we want the walls and ceilings to pop, for you to immediately say, “Wow!”

We’ve helped a lot of businesses in the Triad gain a fresh new look. How about yours? Give us a call to talk details and request a commercial painting quote!
